Principal Analog/Mixed-Signal Ic Lead

Infineon Technologies AG in Spain seeks a Principal Analog/Mixed-Signal Engineer to drive high-performance IC design from concept through production. You will oversee architecture, circuit design, and validation, collaborating with analog, layout, and digital teams in a fast-paced R&D environment.

The role requires 10+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, strong Cadence EDA tools knowledge, and Python or MATLAB modeling. Fluency in English is required;
Spanish is an advantage.
