What You'll Do

• Lead cross‑functional teams (consultants, engineers, DS, designers…) in solving clients' most pressing AI transformation challenges
• Act as the key link between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery squads, ensuring alignment across workstreams and translating business needs into actionable solutions
• Deploy BCG's proprietary GenAI and agentic AI assets
• Drive end‑to‑end program delivery across AI transformation initiatives ensuring quality, scope, and timelines
• Work across regulated, high‑impact sectors — from scaling flagship GenAI use cases at a leading hospital group (clinical‑pathway adherence, medical imaging optimization, patient‑service virtual agent) to leading AI‑first operating‑model redesign for Power & Utilities clients across customer, network and corporate functions
