As a Principal AI Engineer, you will directly shape how AI is applied across real industrial systems - moving beyond experimentation into scalable, production-grade capability.
You will play a critical role in accelerating engineering output, modernising development practices, and embedding AI into the company’s core technology stack, helping us establish a meaningful competitive advantage in the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve our AI engineering strategy, focusing on practical integration across software systems, PLC controls, and manufacturing workflows
- Design, prototype, and deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions that improve engineering productivity, system performance, and operational efficiency
