What the role is
Provide the technical leadership to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineering teams at the SAF Artificial Intelligence Centre (SAIC), strategise and steer the centre to deliver AI capabilities for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). The SAF Artificial Intelligence Centre (SAIC) is a unit within the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) that addresses SAF's operational data science challenges and enhances defence capabilities through innovative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
What you will be working on- Oversee the various lines of effort with the multifaceted teams, including the research, product management, and data science teams, to curate and chart AI strategies for the respective Centres of Excellence (COEs) – operationalise AI by working with stakeholders to get the necessary cross-flow of knowledge, codes and talent, driving technical discussions with the COEs to ensure that their AI developments are aligned to the overall ...
