AspenTech seeks a Principal Agile Release Train Engineer to lead and enhance Agile initiatives. This role focuses on driving the execution of Agile Release Trains while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
As a critical player in our Agile transformation, you will manage cross-team coordination and address impediments to ensure a smooth delivery process. You will facilitate key SAFe ceremonies and mentor teams to cultivate an environment of continuous learning and improvement in a rapidly changing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile Release Trains for program execution
• Plan and facilitate essential SAFe ceremonies
• Champion transparency through effective metrics tracking
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams
• Promote best practices in Agile and DevOps
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
