Prince Albert Head Cook Position

Lead the kitchen as Head Cook at Metis Addictions Council of Saskatchewan in Prince Albert. Focus on crafting healthy meals and ensuring kitchen cleanliness in this full-time role.
As Head Cook at MACSI, you will prepare and serve a variety of meals while ensuring rigorous health standards in our Treatment Centre. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates need to possess relevant cooking experience and will report directly to the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare balanced meals following specified recipes
• Cook and prepare meals for client outings and events
• Maintain compliance with health and sanitation regulations
• Oversee kitchen and dining area cleanliness
• Address any equipment malfunctions to the Regional Director
Requirements:
• Adult Basic Education required (Grade 10)
• 7-11 months culinary experience
