We are looking for an experienced Prime Business Analyst to join our Prime Team in Barcelona (hybrid) to help define the broader talent strategy across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with business insights from data analysis.
• Execute key analysis, serve as the data entry point for the business team, own the database from the business side, gather data and present key insights.
• Elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions.
• Create dashboards and tracking using internal Business Intelligence tools.
• Support delivery of Prime strategic projects, working with product and marketing to ensure progress and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to leverage internal data.
