Compensation & Placement Salary isdetermined by the Havergal Faculty Grid, ranging from $74,711 – $106,714 forearly-career faculty and $107,078 – $140,448 for those with 6+ years ofexperience. Final placement is based on recognized teaching years, degrees, andAdditional Qualifications (AQs).
