A specialist SEND school for primary aged pupils with Autism is looking for a qualified and experienced SEND teacher to join them on a full-time contract basis for the academic year.

The Role

In this role you will be teaching a class of 8 primary age learners all of whom have Autism. 2 pupils are verbal and can read and write to good standard. 2 pupils require sensory support due to their needs. 6 learners require more support but can match symbols and react to visuals. Pupils in the class follow a semi-structured curriculum and sensory curriculum which are incorporated together across the week.
