Primary Care Physician - BC Family Medicine at Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. (CHC). Reports To: Chief Medical Officer. FLSA Status: Exempt. Wage Range: $9,230.77 - $11,220.06 bi-weekly.

Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, but with independent responsibility for professional results, the Physician provides primary healthcare services for CHC and performs related work as required. CHC aims to provide the highest quality of total care to the patient population;
employees are expected to be professional, punctual, maintain regular attendance, cooperative, organized, and enthusiastic.
