Primary Care Paramedics Secondary Instructor (Warman)

Outstanding Plains College is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic secondary instructor for our Primary Care Paramedics Program at the Warman Campus.

Responsibilities

The instructor will facilitate the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) Program delivery including providing tutorial assistance, facilitating labs, scenario skill practice, and small groups.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) Program from an approved school
• A minimum of two years of recent experience as an ACP
• Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
• Current provider-level certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS)
• Understanding of and ability to apply basic principles and practices of adult education to assist learners with the required health care knowledge and skills
