In this position, you will report directly to the Manager of Health Technology Service Delivery. You will play a crucial role in mentoring teams to improve quality standards in family practices, employing a tailored facilitation approach. By optimizing workflows and health technology platforms, your work will help doctors provide the highest standard of care in alignment with the Patient Medical Home model.
