As Pricing Manager Southern Europe, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial success of the region by leading a high‑impact pricing strategy across multiple markets.

This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior leadership to maximize profitability, drive pricing maturity and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deploy a value‑based pricing strategy aligned with regional commercial and financial objectives
- Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams
- Lead, coach and develop a team of ~10 pricing professionals across Southern Europe
- Create alignment and engagement across diverse teams, including in matrix and multicultural environments
