Pricing and Commercial Intelligence Analyst

Job Description: The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in shaping competitive, compliant and sustainable pricing strategies for staffing and workforce solutions within the government and private sectors, with a strong focus on federal contracts. Working closely with Finance, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Delivery teams, this individual will ensure that all pricing submissions meet client expectations, align with organizational margin goals, and fully comply with federal wage determinations, Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, and living wage standards. This position requires both analytical rigor and a deep understanding of the unique pricing considerations in government staffing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2 years of experience in pricing or financial analysis within staffing, government contracting, or healthcare services.
