Responsibilities
- Production of journalistic and institutional content (texts, audio and video), focused on micro and small businesses, for the client's internal and external outlets.
- Media relations: handling daily requests, sending press releases, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and advising spokespersons.
- Coverage and representation at technical and social events, producing content and liaising with attending media outlets.
- Proposing story ideas and reports to increase the institution's visibility, including strategic actions with the press and influencers.
- Image management and crisis communication, including risk analysis and proposing actions to strengthen institutional reputation.
- Writing a variety of materials, such as speeches, articles, briefings and support materials for projects, campaigns and events.
