President, Capital Markets – APAC Financing Strategy

JumpTech Solutions seeks a senior capital-markets leader to shape and strengthen our financing strategy, focusing on acquisition funding and long-term capital efficiency. The role is remote-friendly within the APAC region, with Singapore-based or strong APAC connections.

You will build and optimize the capital stack, deepen lender relationships, and act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and CFO on capital strategy and pre-listing readiness.
