Presales Engineer

Job Summary

• Scope end-user requirements
• Conduct print environment optimization studies based on gathered data
• Provide solutions to address end-user requirements and needs
• Perform print cost analysis for end users
• Provide technical support for completing printer projects
• Assist in the installation of new printers at end-user sites (setup, configuration, etc.)

Key Accountabilities

• Engagement of internal and external stakeholders of Epson through product trainings and demonstrations.
• Creation of sales kits, presentation tools and materials for sales
• Developing total solutions to promote product solution selling instead of pure box pushing.
• Product training for internal sales and channel partners of Epson
