The client is seeking a dedicated Prepaid Card Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of a new digital wallet based on a prepaid card product. This high-impact role involves driving regulatory readiness, CVP definition, BIN setup, scheme onboarding, go-live, and post-launch portfolio optimization, ensuring seamless integration with existing payment rails and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive all prepaid card launch workstreams, including UAE Central Bank regulatory submissions, BIN setup, scheme onboarding (Mastercard/Visa), card profiling, KYC/AML flow design, limit configuration, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Define the prepaid card customer value proposition (features, pricing, rewards, digital wallet integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
