Position Overview

Primary Form Adviser – Full‑time, 5‑year contract starting August 2026. The role includes a full course load, homeroom (form) advising, and co‑curricular responsibilities for the Prep School Primary Division (grades SK to 7).

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Academic

• Prepare and implement lesson plans and assessment pieces following IB‑PYP and College guidelines.
• Employ best practices for teaching students at the primary division level.
• Participate in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, assemblies and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with the PYP IB Coordinator to develop units of work.
• Collaborate with colleagues within and beyond the division, providing feedback on students, parents and colleagues.
• Participate fully and collaboratively in shared routines and processes.
