Premier Service Manager, Abu Dhabi (UAE National role)

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking supports affluent customers with domestic and international banking and holistic wealth management needs. The role is part of the Premier relationship team and assists Premier Wealth Relationship Managers (PWRMs) to increase client‑facing time and deliver a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality sales support to PWRMs, primarily focused on securing appointments and servicing clients.
• Reduce PWRM administrative time to expand capacity for client engagement.
• Manage client contact and service: answer calls, resolve transactional enquiries, facilitate hand‑offs to appropriate channels, and maintain key event reminders.
• Prepare and complete sales documents, manage data input, generate reports, and liaise with support functions to ensure a smooth purchase process.
