Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Review details regarding potential building locations. Research and report on site feasibility in support of site selection.
- Provide coordination of all project planning - including composites, site surveys, existing drawings and site visits, transportation and traffic plans, internal build requirement sheet (BRS), and business requirements.
- Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required.
- Review, develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution - for example; site plans, work letters, programmes, GMP budget, etc.
