Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate bending machines according to specific production requirements ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Monitor the bending process to detect any irregularities and make real‑time adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the proper specifications for each bending task.
• Perform routine maintenance on bending machines and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute quality control checks on finished products, inspecting for accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
• Document production metrics, including material usage and machine performance, to track efficiency and output.
