Pre Sales Technical Support (Network & Cybersecurity)

The Pre Sales Design Engineer provides consultative technical support, solution design, and configuration validation for network and cybersecurity solutions. The role partners closely with sales teams and reseller partners to translate customer requirements into secure, scalable, and validated solution designs.

This position supports the sales cycle by delivering technical recommendations, assisting in the creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensuring all proposed solutions align with security best practices, performance requirements, and customer objectives.
