The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Provide pre-sales support and technical expertise to Open i T Sales Organization and Partners Scope technical solutions and align product to customers’ business by interpreting customer requirements. Help with existing and new customers understand features and benefits of Open i T solutions through consultations, product demonstrations, onboarding and training. Communicate product requirements, setup, and statuses.
