About the Role


The role involves partnering with account managers to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technology solutions across various domains.


Responsibilities


  • Partner with account managers to qualify opportunities, conduct discovery sessions, and understand customer pain points and objectives.
  • Design, present, and validate technology solutions covering IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud (IaaS), Data Protection, VOIP, Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity.
  • Conduct solution presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), scopes of work (SOW), and solution diagrams tailored to customer needs.
  • Liaise with vendors and distributors to validate compatibility, licensing, and pricing.
