Pre-sales Engineer

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and solutions to customers in the cloud native and container platform area. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and pre-sales technical support
• Prepare project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents
