Provides field technical support to customers by serving as the primary technical interface for TD SYNNEX products, solutions, and services. Performs a variety of product, and technical support functions which include research and resolution of pre-sales technical and process related issues. Provides pre-sales resolution of all technical and process related issues, using appropriate escalation points when necessary.Consults with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problems, evaluate operational and performance requirements.Consults with customers concerning pre-sales design, development and maintenance of products/services.Assists sales channel, field teams and customers with pre-sales technical solutions.Responsible for knowledge transfer of advanced technical theory to target audiences.<...
