Pre Sales Engineer
Provide support to the HID Healthcare RTLS sales team to achieve sales promptly and efficiently. This will involve participating in meetings with customers and partners to present the HID solutions and serve as an advisor in technical aspects of the solutions being sold and steps needed for efficient deployment. This role will be partially compensated based on the achievement of the sales team annual quota goals.
Responsibilities
- Pre‑sales – assist in qualifying sales leads relating to HID Healthcare Facilities solutions (Asset Management, Environmental monitoring, hand hygiene and digital wayfinding).
- Support sales in a decentralized team, building relationships and serving as a subject‑matter expert for customers and channel partners.
