Factorial is seeking an energetic and motivated Pre‑sales Consultant for the DACH market to transform the way companies manage their people with our products. You will be joining a dynamic team in the fastest growing domain at our Barcelona office and will be a crucial player in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Role
- Product Demo & Sales: directly participate in the sales process of certain accounts, handling the most critical deals for Talent or Operations Payroll & Time products.
- Onboarding & Ramp‑up Coaching: shorten new hires’ ramp‑up time and help underperforming representatives reach at least 70% of their objective.
- Ongoing Training & Enablement: conduct sales and product training sessions, review metrics, receive feedback from managers, and assess the team’s needs to enrich training content dynamically.
