• Actively manage and convert assigned leads into bookings to meet and exceed individual and market pre-sales targets.
  
• Execute high-quality outbound (and Inbound) call management, ensuring the highest standard of customer care is maintained at all times.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead when necessary.
  
• Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, call volume targets and quality targets
  
• Actively participate in coaching, up-skilling sessions, and training programs to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
