Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and convert assigned leads into bookings to meet and exceed individual and market pre-sales targets.
- Execute high-quality outbound (and Inbound) call management, ensuring the highest standard of customer care is maintained at all times.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead when necessary.
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, call volume targets and quality targets
- Actively participate in coaching, up-skilling sessions, and training programs to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Strictly follow established processes, guidelines, and training materials to ensure a consistent and compliant customer experience.
- Accurately provide feedback into the CRM system.
