As a Presales Agent, you will be the driving force behind turning potential leads into confirmed bookings. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering world‑class service.
Key Responsibilities
Actively manage and convert assigned leads into bookings to meet and exceed individual and market pre‑sales targets.
Execute high‑quality outbound (and Inbound) call management, ensuring the highest standard of customer care is maintained at all times.
Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead when necessary.
Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, call volume targets and quality targets
Actively participate in coaching, up‑skilling sessions, and training programs to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
