Pre Sales Advisor – Role Summary
As a Pre Sales Advisor, you will focus on retaining prospective customers who wish to cancel their orders, managing the outbound SAV queue, handling Field Technician cancellation calls, and rescheduling service orders for these customers. Additionally, you will review stage code orders to educate customers on installation status, partner with dispatch or assignment teams to move pending orders forward, modify pending orders to upgrade or downgrade speeds or to add or remove features, review drop status, and update home/email addresses for prospect customers.
