What will you be doing?
Your role will see you focus on the needs of employers in the local labour market including:
- Inspire and influence participants to see the value of training, upskilling, and reskilling as a pathway to sustainable employment.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with local employers to understand skill shortages, recruitment needs, and workforce priorities
- Co-design pre-employment pathways with employers that prepare participants for specific roles, industries, and emerging opportunities.
