Pre-Contract Estimator: Tendering & Costing

First Point Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Contract Estimator to join a leading construction business in Dubai. The role involves managing full pre-contract estimating activities, including tender analysis, pricing strategy, and cost planning to support project bids.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, with 3–5 years of Pre-Contract Estimation experience and a solid background with a Main Contractor. Knowledge of Candy (CCS) and UAE project experience is preferred.
