Job Summary
This role partners with leaders in Corporate & Investment Banking (“CIB”) to deliver performance, reward and benefits outcomes that incentivise and reward the delivery of the CIB strategy and create a performance orientated and innovative culture that emphasises conduct and sustainability. The role holder will provide a point of expertise, guidance and support for relevant Business and HR stakeholders.

Strategy
- Demonstrate expertise in performance, reward and benefits (“PRB”) matters, acting as a trusted adviser to CIB Management Team members and their direct teams on incentive arrangements and general reward matters.
- Lead strategic planning and implementation of reward policies, programmes and processes, ensuring alignment with overall CIB strategy.
