Primary Purpose of Job

Provide India-based leadership for the Technology PMO governance function, including portfolio governance, executive reporting, governance forums, operating discipline, and day-to-day leadership of the India governance team. This role partners with U.S.-based PMO leadership, Technology leaders, Finance, and delivery teams to support consistent governance execution, portfolio transparency, and audit-ready practices across the Technology portfolio.

Responsibilities -

- Lead portfolio governance support for the Technology PMO, including demand intake, prioritization support, annual planning inputs, portfolio health tracking, and executive reporting. Ensure portfolio data, insights, and recommendations are accurate, timely, and actionable.

- Support governance forums such as PRB, IRB, and CCB by managing agenda readiness, pre-read materials, decision documentation, action tracking, and follow-up. Prepar...
