Practice Leader, Risk Appetite Framework (Montreal West)

Overview

As a practice leader for the non‑financial risk appetite framework, you’re responsible for defining, overseeing and developing the risk appetite framework in line with the value chain, strategic directions and regulatory requirements. You serve as a reference expert by structuring practices, applying risk tolerance parameters to operations and ensuring alignment between strategic decision‑making and the technical and modelling teams. You draw on your ability to provide sound judgement, cross‑sector coordination and strategic positioning to senior management on files with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity.
