Practice Lead Testing — Lead QA & Automation

NZ Qualifications Authority is seeking a Practice Lead Testing for a fixed-term role through to 29 January 2027 in Wellington. You will lead the testing practice across projects and BAU services, elevate QA capability, embed testing throughout delivery, and partner with teams and suppliers to manage risk and deliver reliable digital services.

You will provide people leadership, strengthen tools and processes, and support critical release periods with on-call responsibilities as required.
