As the Practice Director - SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth of the practice, balancing strategic leadership with commercial and operational responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute the SAP SuccessFactors practice strategy to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.Lead business development activities, build a strong sales pipeline, and engage executive stakeholders to win new opportunities.Own revenue, bookings, gross margin, and overall commercial performance of the practice.Provide executive oversight across SAP SuccessFactors implementation, transformation, and managed services engagements to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing consulting team while driving workforce planning, capability development, and certification initiatives.<...
