Job Overview

Following a review of our educational leadership structure, we are excited to introduce a new Practice Development Lead role within the Emergency Department (ED) and Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC)., As a clinical expert, you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to identify learning needs and design, deliver, and evaluate educational programmes. You will support staff in developing clinical competence, promoting professional growth, and fostering a culture of inclusion, well-being, and continuous learning. The role includes leading and influencing a team of Clinical Practice Facilitators, and working closely with the ED Consultant Nurse, Senior Matron, senior leadership team, Trust education leads, and Higher Education Institutions.
