Prácticas en CocinaA Trainee will learn from a Hospitality perspective all aspects of general hotel operations and skills needed to assume a future position.The Trainee will participate in a general department rotation throughout all areas and finish with a discipline specialization.
**What will I be doing?
**A Trainee with Conrad Punta de Mita is always working on behalf of our Guests thru high service standards (Forbes Standards) and working with other Team Members.A Trainee will be part of an 6 month program defined by 3 phases, each with duration of 2 months.
- The 1st phase will allow Trainee to explore the new Hire Orientation and the onboarding into the Culinary Area.
(both front line operations and back of house)- In the 2nd phase, the Trainee will progress to specialized operational area namely ́Kitchen', 'Pastry', 'Banquets Kitchen' or 'Butcher ́s / fisher's', for focused training- The 3rd and final phase focuses on Supervisory Functional Duties and Respons...
