**Requirements**:
- Studying related degree (5th semester or more.)
- English advanced
**Salary**:
- $7,500 MXN Monthly
**Knowledge and Activities**:
- Monitoring and maintenance of HR indicators.
- Internal Communication
- Follow-up of organizational plans
- Development of Assessment Centers and Internal Academy.
- Application of 360 surveys and needs detection.
- Support to personnel training in the plant.
- Promotion of company culture, participate in employee engagement strategies.
- Support in HR department activities and events.Follow-up on team participation and audits.

Salario: $7,500.00 al mes
