Create 3D models and 2D drawings in CATIA, manage packaging and interfaces, release parts via PLM, and support builds and issue resolution in collaboration with Lead/System and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D drawings in CATIA (GD&T, drawing standards, BOM). • Perform packaging and interface design (clearances, motion envelopes, serviceability, assembly feasibility). • Apply DFM/DFA principles; select materials/processes (sheet metal, cast/forged, plastics, weldments as applicable). • Support tolerance stack-ups and design robustness; provide DFMEA inputs. • Release parts in PLM; manage ...
