Job Summary:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support general quality, warranty, and field support related activities.
Manage from initial root cause analysis through resolution and implementation.
- Track systemic issues and drive proactive quality and warranty improvements into new development projects / programs.
- Provide engineering guidance to manufacturing and quality organizations for production and supplier related issues.
- Interpret component measurements, test results, and gage studies to understand if parts and process are meeting design intent.
