Lead a team of Tendering Engineers and drive tender activities to support the acquisition of new projects within the Power Systems business.

• Managing a team of Tendering Engineers
• Leading and participating actively in winning small to large project sales
• Analyzing reasonably complex RFQs (Request for Quotation) within core business and with few unreleased contents
• Developing and leading tender reviews and approvals
• Converting ‘cold’ pipeline to ‘warm’ closures strategically; meet or exceed hit rates by developing a competitive value package successfully
• Evaluating tender specifications and developing customers’ requests into a Schneider Electric offer by proposing solutions that comply with the customers’ requirements in the most cost‑effective manner
