Join us and help run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Service ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipServe as the technical lead for power system simulations and grid/interconnection compliance across the Americas.Lead delivery of generator/grid compliance studies and oversee RMS and EMT simulation work using industry tools (e.g., PSSE, PSCAD, PowerFactory, RTDS).Ensure high-quality model development, validation, and clear reporting aligned with utility and operator expectations.Regulatory & Standards AlignmentInterpret and apply North American reliability/interconnection requirements (e.g., NERC and ISO/RTO expectations) and Latin American local grid codes, as applicable.Coordinate with utilities and grid operators (transmission/system operators and planning/reliability counterparts) t...
