The ideal candidate will manage and expand Hatch's eGRID business through adept client relationship management and business development. You will actively contribute to planning and feasibility studies, execute various system studies, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Your leadership will foster the growth of junior engineers and enhance cross-unit collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in business development and proposal preparation
• Perform system analysis including load-flow and stability
• Review compliance of planning studies with standards
• Mentor junior/intermediate engineers and oversee QA reviews
• Represent Hatch at conferences and promote capabilities
