Valard Construction is hiring a Power System Construction Supervisor for field activities in either Thunder Bay, ON, or Winnipeg, MB. Supervise crews and ensure safe, effective project execution every day.
This field-based role supervises construction teams and tackles substation projects. You will manage crew activities, ensure compliance with safety measures, and coordinate equipment use. Proficiency in managing various construction-related tasks and troubleshooting issues will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead crew activities and daily site management

Requirements:
