Power Plant Shift Engineer – Operations Leader

Wärtsilä SNPC Nooriabad site is seeking a skilled power plant professional to manage shift operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with maintenance to optimise performance.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical and engine systems, plus experience in operation and maintenance management, documentation, and contract/ PPA awareness. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement and decarbonisation efforts.
